2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via messaging platforms.
• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.
• We may require a deposit to secure a booking.
• Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of $20.
• We accept: Cash, Zelle, CashApp, credit card.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are approximate. Final costs depend on the size, condition, and type of item.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure safe access to the property and items to be cleaned.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or hidden stains that cannot be fully removed.
• While we do our best to remove all stains, some deep or old stains may be permanent.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any delicate fabrics, materials, or conditions that require special care.

• We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
